Introducing our incredibly handsome boy Mick.
Mick is a all black, domestic shorthair male estimated to be around 3 years old.
Mick was brought into our care after being fed as a stray for quite some time. He was taken to the vets by a member of the public as they had noticed he had a problem with his eye. Once in our care, Mick received the treatment he needed and has shown no other veterinary concerns since. Mick is a healthy, active, young boy who is now ready to find a home to call his own.
Mick is a very nervous boy, who is finding cattery life a little stressful. He is under socialised and requires a home that can support a farm / feral natured cat. Having been used to the great outdoors, Mick is keen to get back to normal life and his outdoor adventures. He is looking for an understanding home that is able to provide him with an environment that supports his independent nature. Mick requires a rural / outdoor / farm type home, where he is able to come and go as he pleases, but with the comforts of a warm indoor shelter if he chooses. It is important that his adopters are accepting of his independent nature and allow him to interact with humans if he wishes. As Mick is wary of humans and other animals he will require an adult only home. Depending on the set-up Mick may be able to live with other animals, however this would not be suitable in a regular domestic setting.
Mick would make a great farm cat and in return for food, will happily keep himself entertained with rodent control!
