Could you provide a loving foster home for Pippa?

Personality:

Pippa has a charming character and has stolen many hearts during her stay with CDCH. Having already experienced the joys of a loving foster home, we know she is great company to have around, often seeking out cosy spots for frequent naps alongside her carer, pottering in the garden or countryside jaunts.

Despite her age, Pippa is quite a spritely girl, and loves her daily walks (although shorter distances suit her best). Pippa doesn’t take kindly to other dogs, so will often reacts to them on walks (this is easily manageable due to her small size, however, best avoided), so would require a secure garden to relax in – her foster carers will need to be happy to seek out quieter walking spots.

Foster home needed:

  • Home environment: A calm and relaxed home, with lots of cosy spots to snooze. Minimal visitors would be best.
  • Children: Pippa would be best suited to an adult only home.
  • Other pets: Pippa would need to be the only pet in the home
  • Length of foster: Pippa is likely to be long term resident of CDCH so we are ideally looking for a foster home who can offer a minimum of 3-6 months care (longer preferable)
  • Ideal foster location: within 50 minutes drive of the centre GL2 7AS.

If you think you can meet Pippa’s foster needs, and would like to discuss this further, then please complete a foster application below, adding the name ‘Pippa’, or contact our team on reception@cdch.org.uk, with any queries you may have.

Please note: Fostering an animal is cost free – CDCH ensure to provide foster carers with all the needed equipment, food and veterinary care during their stay.
