Duckee is a cheeky little floof who is now looking to bring fun and games in to a loving family home. Duckee was found as a very tiny stray kitten, and was quickly taken to a vets, where he was hand reared and nurtured back to full health.

Thankfully, Duckee is now a healthy young boy with a full belly, and is ready to start life’s adventures in a forever home – he has been living the last few weeks in foster, alongside some older cats and a very calm and placid pup, who he does not seem phased by, so would be suited to living with other kitten friendly animals.

Due to Duckee’s early split from his mum, lack of interaction with siblings, where he would have learnt to play nicely, and veterinary handling, he has become a little sass pot who confidently rules the roost. He is a cuddly and cute kitty, but will often play rough and likes to pounce on feet, so to avoid encouraging these behaviours in to his adult life, he would be best suited to homes with older cat savvy children, who will be understanding of this. We are unsure of Duckee’s exact breed, but he is fluffy and will likely have longer fur, which requires grooming in future.

Adopters will need to be available to complete our initial steps (phone call, home check and viewing) within a week of their application. Anyone applying to adopt will need to be happy to bring the kittens back to the centre post adoption, to carry out any outstanding procedures such as a second vaccination and neutering, however, this will be discussed during the initial steps to make sure it suits as all the kittens have different needs.

Adoption information:

Adoption donations for single kittens are £150- this is inclusive of initial health checks, flea and worming treatments, microchip, vaccinations and future neutering, as well as one months free PetPlan insurance – we also supply a weeks worth of food, a bag of litter, alongside a toy and feliway spray to help them settle.

If you are a cat loving family who are eager to welcome some lively young kittens in to your home to cause mischief, then register your interest today:

Please note, we always receive a high number of applications for kittens, and are busy working our way through those already received. If you have recently applied and have stated you are open to suggestions of matches, then your application will be added to our kitten waiting list and considered for future arrivals too, so there is no need to re-apply, although, you are welcome to get in touch if you want to express further interest in another animal.
