Introducing our handsome lad, Hughie!

Hughie is estimated to be around 2-4 years old and came into us after being found as a unchipped stray. Sadly due to Hughie’s stray history little information is known about his background, however after taking some time to settle into cattery life, has proven himself to be a very good lap warmer!

Hughie can be a little nervous in new environments, and can take a short while to make friends, however once he knows you, you will have a friend for life. He loves cuddles, and even the occasional belly rub! He’s proven himself to be a docile and affectionate boy and is keen to share his love to a new home and family. He can often be found tucked up on the laps of our staff and is very good at making you feel guilty if you have to move him!

As we know very little about his history, Hughie is looking for an home with no other animals, however homes with older cat savvy children will be considered. Once settled into the home, he could potentially live with other animals and children, but we think it is important for him to have the quiet home he needs to get settled in to start with.
