Meet Percy, our loving senior boy, on the look out for the perfect retirement home.

At 16 years old, Percy is enjoying taking life at a slower pace, choosing to spend most of his time curled up in a sunny spot or watching the world go by out the window. Percy is a super sweet and affectionate boy, who loves spending time with people and so would love a home where someone could be around for a good part of the day for companionship – he is always happy to receive lots of fuss and attention!

In his previous home Percy did have some outdoor access and so a small garden for him to potter in and sunbathe would be ideal. In his current foster home, Percy does live with a small calm dog and is quite happy to share his space, so homes with calm dogs will be considered.

Percy has been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and requires daily medication in his food, which he has no problems with and doesn’t change his zest for life. Due to his condition, CDCH are willing to offer ongoing veterinary support for Percy.
