Teddy is a beautiful 2-year-old Cockerpoo with a gentle heart and a cautious soul. Due to some difficult experiences in his past, Teddy can be wary of the world around him. He’s looking for a patient, dog-savvy person who understands the power of positive reinforcement and is willing to take the time to build trust at his pace.

Once Teddy forms a bond, he’s the most loyal and affectionate companion you could ask for. He thrives in a peaceful environment and would do best in an adult-only home where he can feel safe, relaxed, and secure.

Unfortunately, Teddy has also had some negative experiences with grooming in the past so his new family will need to take the time to build his confidence with an experienced groomer to help him overcome this.

Teddy absolutely loves the company of other dogs and really comes into his own when he’s around playful, friendly canine companions. He would benefit from regular social walks and playdates, and he could potentially live with another calm, well-matched dog – although this isn’t essential.
