Meet Barney, A 10 Month Old Cavapoo

Barney is a super sweet, playful young lad who is full of fun and affection. At just 9 months old, he is still very much a puppy at heart and loves to be around people and other dogs. He is a very social boy who enjoys company, playtime, and lots of fuss, and he brings a lot of joy and energy wherever he goes.

Barney is house-trained and quick to pick up basic commands, already knowing some, which makes him a very eager learner and a joy to train.

He can live with older children and could also live with a well-matched, friendly dog who can help build his confidence and keep him company.

Barney does suffer from severe separation anxiety, so he will need a home where someone is around for most of the day and where he can be supported with ongoing training and reassurance to help him learn that being left alone is okay. His new family will need to be patient and committed to continuing this work, but he is such a loving boy and will make a wonderful companion for the right home.

Barney is a lovely, affectionate dog who just wants to be with his people and be involved in everyday life.
