Aengus is a delightful mini poodle who has been cherished and well-loved throughout his life. As a dedicated sidekick to his favorite humans, Aengus is now on the lookout for a new home where he can continue to share his boundless affection and companionship. Due to his close bond with his previous family, Aengus may find the transition to a new home a bit unsettling, therefore, he is seeking a quiet, patient household where his new adopters can devote time to help him settle in.

Aengus thrives in a calmer environment without too many comings and goings, as he does suffer with separation anxiety and finds this unsettling. He is looking for adopters who can provide him with constant companionship, which is what he has already been used to.

Aengus is real character – he is an attentive and affectionate dog who loves to be fussed over, and will often ask for more if he feels ignored. He is likely to stick closely by your side, and gets top marks in recall. Once Aengus feels secure and trusts his new family, you’ll have a friend for life who will always greet you with a waggy tail and a joyful heart.

Aengus enjoys his daily walks and would love to continue his mini adventures with his new family. While he may be indifferent to other dogs he meets on his walks, he has built friendships with familiar dogs and may be able to share his space with another calm and respectful small dog.
