Someone who has had experience with dealing with rehabilitation and recovery

Bruno the mischievous pup is searching for the perfect home to call his own!

At only 7 months old Bruno is still learning about the world so will need a home that can support him with his training and socialisation. He loves exploring the outside world; and has a confident personality especially when it comes to meeting new people and other dogs so it is important a new home can maintain this socialisation to ensure he develops into a happy well balanced adult dog.

Bruno entered the centre with a pre-existing injury to both of his front legs – his new owner(s) will need time to be able to commit to a tailored exercise plan and possibly physiotherapy to ensure he can return back to full health. It is uncertain whether Bruno may need to have surgery when he is of a mature age so someone that has had experience of rehabilitation and recovery would be beneficial but not essential.

Despite his injuries, he is full of beans and will be certain to keep his new home on their toes! He has a wonderful nature towards his human companions and could live with children above the age of 10 years old. At this time Bruno would be best suited to being the only dog within the home so he can be the centre of attention for his needs and recovery period. However, we would encourage frequent dog play dates as he loves interacting with them!

Bruno has shown some noise sensitivity to unfamiliar sounds which causes him to bark. This behaviour will need to be managed within the home by someone with patience and understanding.

If you could offer this handsome chap with the caring forever home he deserves then please fill out a perfect match form.
