Introducing Chester, the sweet but crazy cocker spaniel!

Chester is a lively energetic boy who will need a home that can keep up with his active and playful personaility. He would be best suited to a family who are outdorrys and love to go on adventures in the countryside. He will require plenty of physical and mental stimulation to ensure his brain is kept busy.

He can be shy of new people initialy but quickly builds trust with a good game of fetch and a tasty treat! Once you’ve gained his trust he’s very affectionate, loving and eager to please.

His new adopter(s) will need to be eager to carry out on-going training and socialisation to ensure he matures into a well balanced adult dog. He’s still young and learning about the world around him so will need to be given plenty of time to build his confidence and exposure to the world around him. Any new adopter will need to commit to puppy training or 121 classes.

Chester is a playful chap who loves a good game of tug or enjoys a basic training session with his favouriate human handler. It would be benefical if his new family has prior experience of this breed or similar so they’re aware of their energy levels and amount of stimulation they need.
