We’d like to introduce you to the adorable Elsa!

This sweet girl is hopeful that the right will come along and shower her with all the love and home comforts she deserves. Having spent most of her days outdoors, sadly she is a little under socialised and therefore, is slightly nervous and submissive in nature, often lowering her body to the floor with worry, but with a soft approach, her affectionate character is clear to see.

Once Elsa has built trust with new people, a strong bond is on the cards – she adores love and fuss from her favourite humans and will often enjoy sofa snuggles. She would benefit greatly from a calm and quiet haven, where adopters can offer gentle introductions to new people and the world around her, allowing her time to blossom at her own pace. Elsa would thrive in an environment filled with patience and understanding, and if given these, will be sure to repay you with loyalty and affection.

Elsa would benefit from some basic training with her new family – we expect her to need a little help to adjust to indoor living, including with toilet training, but the joy of seeing her grow and learn will make it all worthwhile! We believe with a little time and lots of love, she will become a wonderful companion! She can be a little worried by unknown dogs and will often shy away, hiding behind her handlers’ legs looking for reassurance, therefore, would be best suited to a home where she is the only dog, and can build confidence with time.

Elsa is currently un-neutered, so her adopters will need to be willing to return to the centre for this to be carried out at a later date.
