Meet June, an adorable 4 year old cat in need of a second chance!
We believe June was once a feral cat who was trapped and neutered and then in time has become more domesticated and curious about people. June is a sensitive soul who has been through a lot and is now searching for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe, take her time, and slowly rediscover trust in her own way.
June is a curious girl and is though she is not ready for touch, she is always nearby, watching with wide, inquisitive eyes and a thoughtful interest in the world around her. June is happy in her own company, perched on a windowsill, nestled in a cosy hideaway, playing with her toys, or observing you.
June needs a calm, patient adopter who respects her boundaries and understands that trust takes time, who can provide a low-pressure environment where she can live more independently to begin with, with patience and TLC to help her grow in confidence. With the right home – quiet, predictable, and full of kindness – June will continue to blossom at her own pace.
Due to June’s nervousness and behaviour, she is looking for an adult only home with no other cats or dogs. She will ideally need a separate area of the home to call her own to start with (spare bedroom etc) to allow her time to decompress and settle in at her own pace without the pressure of having to be near people.
If you feel you can offer June the understanding and patient home she is looking for, please complete a perfect match form below.
