Meet Lilo
Lilo is a beautiful 6-month-old bull breed cross with the sweetest soul. She was found abandoned in a park alongside her brother, Stitch, at just 5 months old. Despite her difficult start, Lilo has blossomed into a truly lovely young dog and has completely stolen the hearts of everyone here at the centre.
Lilo has a gentle, affectionate nature with just the right amount of cheekiness to keep you smiling. She absolutely adores people and has that classic “bully breed love” for humans – cuddles, attention, and being close to her people are very much her thing. She’s interactive, enjoys learning, and is eager to please, making her a joy to work with.
For such a young dog, Lilo is surprisingly calm and settles well, showing great potential to fit nicely into a family home. She could live with children aged 10 years and over, provided they are respectful and familiar with larger breed dogs.
Lilo can be a little cautious when exploring new environments, so she will need a patient and understanding family who are happy to help build her confidence and gently introduce her to the world around her at her own pace. With reassurance and positive experiences, she is sure to continue growing in confidence.
She could potentially live with another calm, placid dog who could help show her the ropes and give her that extra reassurance.
Lilo is a truly special girl who deserves a loving, committed home where she can feel safe, supported, and adored. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with a heart of gold, Lilo may be the one for you.
