Linda is a 6 year old (approx) Chihuahua, who is now looking for a new human companion (or two) of her own!

Although she can be shy on her first meet, Linda quite quickly forms strong bonds with the people caring for her, and can easily be swayed to be your friend with a tasty treat! Once she trusts she is safe in your company, she loves nothing more then being by your side, whether that be joining them for countryside walks, or snoozing on their lap – she will even do her best parrot impression, by climbing up on to your shoulder to see what’s going on, but be prepared for lots of kisses!

Ideal Home:

Linda have been through a difficult transition in to the centre, which has been quite stressful, and she is finding it hard to settle in to kennel life. She is such a sweet girl who is crying out for a loving family to dote on her, and will most definitely be their best friend!

She would be most suited to a home which can offer her a calm environment with minimal comings and goings, allowing her to settle stress free. Ideally she would also like her adopter(s) to be around for a good part of the day, to avoid long periods alone, as she does love the company of her favourite people and gets upset when alone.

As Linda is a little tentative of unknown dogs, she would benefit from adopters who are understanding of her reservations, and keen to help her grow in confidence. She would be best suited to a home with no young children to worry her, although, older children (13 years +) who can been respectful of her space will be considered.

Could you offer Linda the home she needs?

Linda has watched the friends she arrived with fly the nest with their new families, and is desperate to find a family of her own – if you could offer a home and a warm lap for comfort, then register your interest by completing a perfect match form below.
