Luna is a sweet, affectionate 6-year-old Beagle cross with a love for adventure and a nose that never stops!

She travels comfortably in the car and would be a perfect companion for days out and countryside adventures. Whether it’s woodlands, coastal trails, or scenic parks – if there are smells to explore, Luna’s there!

At home, she’s gentle and loving, always ready to soak up praise and affection. Luna is fully house trained and settles well when left in her kennel, making her a calm and content housemate. She hasn’t shown interest in toys or play just yet – she’s more of a “sniff first, play later” kind of girl!

Ideal Home:
Luna is looking for a fairly quiet, active home where she can thrive. She’s happiest as the only pet – while she’s fine walking alongside calm doggy friends, she prefers not to be approached face-to-face by other dogs and wouldn’t enjoy sharing her home with one. Due to her strong prey drive, Luna cannot live with cats or small animals.

She’d suit a family or individual who enjoys the outdoors and has time for daily long walks and positive interactions. She settles nicely when left, and we believe she could gradually build up to being left for longer periods if needed.

Luna has a history of mild resource guarding around food however our staff have not experienced this during her stay with us but this may need to be managed within his new home ensuring she has the space to enjoy her meals freely. Due to this, Luna will not be suitable to live with young children.
