Mac is a switched-on young lad with a big heart and an even bigger brain. At just 8 months old, he’s already shown us how much he loves to learn. He’s both food and toy motivated, eager to please his people, and thrives on positive training.

Mac is a social butterfly – friendly with everyone he meets and absolutely adores the company of other dogs. He could potentially live with another well-matched canine companion to share adventures with.

Sadly, through no fault of his own, Mac has grown up in a kennel environment as a case animal and hasn’t had the chance to experience home life until now. This means everyday things in a typical home can be a little overwhelming for him at first. He’ll need patient, understanding caregivers who can gently guide him through this transition.

• An active, outdoorsy lifestyle where he can burn off energy and put his natural abilities to use.
• A calm, rural or working-style environment where he can grow in confidence without too many overwhelming distractions.
• People who are committed, consistent, and excited about helping him reach his full potential.
