APPLICATIONS CLOSED – I have proven to be exceptionally popular and the team are busy working their way through all the wonderful applications I have received. Thank you to all my wonderful supporters who have offered me a lovely new home. If successful, the rehoming team will be in touch soon.
Peaches has settled quickly in to cattery life, proving herself to be such a sweet and affectionate little lady! Although she can be a little introverted on initial meet, and may choose to find a cosy hidden spot to chill in for the first few days, with some positive encouragement, it doesn’t take much to tempt her out of her shell. Once she is comfortable in her surroundings, she will gladly accept fuss, and has shown herself to be an absolute lap cat, as whenever the opportunity arises, she’ll happily settle on her carers for some much needed catnaps.
What type of family would suit me?
Peaches is a calm kitty with a gentle nature, so would likely settle well in to a new home with a family who can give her daily doses of attention, although, she is happy to have some independence too and does quite like her own space on occasion. Peaches has been used to a quiet home settling previously, so may find a noisy environment a tad worrying, due to this, children 8 years plus will be considered. Peaches has come from a multi cat household, where she has been used to sharing her space, so a home with an existing friendly cat is something we may consider.
What kind of home environment would be best suited?
Peaches has originally lived in a rural setting, offering lots of opportunity to explore open green spaces, therefore, would ideally like a home, which can offer safe, and easy outdoor access whenever she chooses once fully settled.
Can I be left alone?
Peaches is not worried about being left alone for periods of time – she will likely enjoy exploring the garden, or find a cosy spot to snooze. She does however, love the company of her carers, and will seek attention when they are around, so ideally her adopters will be able to give her a good amount of time each day for fuss.
