Pepper.

Estimated around 10 years old.

Female

Calico Domestic Short Hair

Pepper has settled well in to cattery life, proving herself to be such a sweet and affectionate older lady! Although she can be a little nervous on initial meet, it doesn’t take much to tempt her out of her shell and make friends. Once she is comfortable in her surroundings, she will gladly accept fuss, and has shown herself to be a friendly and loving companion.

What type of family would suit me?

Pepper is a chilled out lady with a gentle nature, so would likely settle well in to a new home with a family who can give her daily doses of attention, although she enjoys her independence too. Pepper has been used to a quiet and relaxing environment previously, so may find a noisy environment a tad worrying, due to this, older children will be considered. Pepper has previously shared a home with other cats, however, had lots of space and freedom to avoid them if she wanted to therefore so a home with an existing friendly cat is something we may consider depending on the home environment and means of access.

What kind of home environment would be best suited?

Pepper has originally lived in a rural setting, offering lots of opportunity to explore open green spaces, therefore, would ideally like a home, which can offer safe, and easy outdoor access whenever she chooses once fully settled.

Can I be left alone?

Pepper is not worried about being left alone for periods of time – she will likely enjoy exploring the garden, or find a cosy spot to snooze.
