This sweet lady is Squidge!

Squidge is on the search for the right family to take her in and offer her all of the love and home comforts she deserves. Having spent most of her days outdoors, understandably, she arrived at the centre slightly nervous and submissive in nature, but she is very eager to make friends and often scooches in for fuss.

This girl is looking for a calm home, where adopters can offer gentle introductions to new people and mini adventures. She would thrive in an environment filled with love and companionship, as she adores being around her favourite humans and cuddling up when she gets the chance.

Squidge would benefit from some basic training with her new family – we expect her to need a little help to adjust to indoor living, including with toilet training, but the joy of seeing her grow and learn will make it all worthwhile! We believe with a little time and lots of love, she will become a wonderful companion!

We have found that Squidge does have some signs of arthritis in her joints, causing some stiffness and discomfort, therefore, her adopters will need to be willing to cater to her needs, by carrying out short walks, and continuing to provide joint supplements and mild pain relief in her food – this may entail regular check-ins with your vets.

Squidge is currently un-neutered, therefore, her adopters will need to be willing to return to the centre at a later date for this to take place.
