This beautiful pair entered our care at just a few weeks old when they we’re found on a rural farm. They are now looking for understanding, patient, and compassionate homes to call their own. Daisy and Buttercup are keen to find a home with adopters who accept them for who they are.
Born and raised on a rural farm, these kittens had very little human interaction in their early weeks. As a result, they can be naturally wary of people but have been making a lot of progress on our cattery and learning to trust. However they will require a calm, gentle environment to decompress, settle, and slowly build a relationship with their adopters. They may never fully transition into cuddly, lap cats – and that’s okay, they deserve homes where they are loved and respected just as they are.
Since being in our care, they have grown in confidence and some are even starting to enjoy some hand on fuss and cuddles. These sisters are super playful and enjoy any game where they can stalk, chase and hunt their toys with our staff. We’ve seen so much progress in this pair, and we are sure they will continue to grow in confidence.
🛏️ A quiet settling-in space – A spare room where they can feel safe while adjusting to their new surroundings is ideal.
🐾 Freedom to choose – Once old enough and neutered, they will need access to explore outdoor life. We’re looking for homes that allow them the choice between domestic comfort and independence.
⏳ Time, patience, and zero pressure – They will move at their own pace. They will likely warm up over time, while others may prefer observing from a distance. Adopters must be accepting of either outcome.
💛 Experienced or understanding adopters – Ideal homes will have realistic expectations and a heart for shy cats.
Please note, all kittens will need to be returned for their neutering appointments on the 18th of September.
