Meet Tia, a sweet 14 year old longhair who is looking to find a retirement home where she can spend her days relaxing and snoozing away.

Tia has been in the same home since she was a young kitten, and after 14 years of stability and initially found the move to CDCH a little stressful and confusing. Tia is hoping to find an understanding, patient and calm home, where she can enjoy lots of comfy spots, and eventual access to a safe outdoor space, which she has been previously used to.

This fluffy girl is a very sweet and lovely senior cat, who can be reserved or unsure of new people, however, now she has settled in to cattery life, she will quite happily receive gentle fuss and attention, and enjoys the company of staff, so will most likely grow in confidence with any adopters who give her the time she needs.

Tia would thrive in a tranquil environment with a family who appreciate the beauty of providing comfort and security to a senior cat – she has a very calm nature and will make a wonderful feline companion to those who are looking for a friend.

Tia would be best suited to an adult only home with no other cats or dogs. Her adopters would need to be understanding that she will initially needs time, space and patience to build a bond and settle in.
