Many of the animals at CDCH have faced difficult times, and as they wait for their forever homes, we’re determined to make their days a little brighter by providing them with high quality orthopaedic beds.

A second chance for Rocky
Rocky, a sweet West Highland Terrier, is just one of the dogs who has benefitted from kindness and support like yours.
When RSPCA Inspector Richard Carr arrived at a property, nothing could prepare him for the heart-wrenching conditions he was about to face.
Amidst the filth and grime was Rocky, a 9-year-old West Highland Terrier, unrecognizable beneath layers of painful matting and dirt, his breed was barely distinguishable.
His road to recovery wasn’t easy, but thanks to your support, Rocky was rushed to safety, receiving urgent medical attention and the care he so desperately needed. Today, Rocky is thriving in his forever home, where he’s discovering life’s joys with his new family.
Rocky has settled in so well and is so good when meeting new people and other dogs, he's very affectionate and loves company. He's finding his personality and voice, and playtime is a favorite part of the day, for all of us!
