Your voucher can be used by you or given as a gift. You can use the voucher for Charingworth Manor only, not transferable to any other Classic Lodge Hotel.

The Terms and Conditions below must be read carefully. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entering the prize draw. 

The winner will receive: 

1 night stay in a deluxe room for 2 at Charingworth Manor in the Cotswolds

Including breakfast for 2  and access to the Spa for 2 at Charingworth Manor, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6NS.

All participants must be over the age of 18. You can enter this prize draw either via our website by choosing the number of tickets you would like by selecting your chosen donation amount, or for free via post. Whether you are eligible to enter or not, any donations to The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home, including donations as part of an entry into the prize draw, are non-refundable, other than in specific circumstances. The closing date for entries is midday on 25th April 2022, entries after this point will not be entered into the prize draw. 

One winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified before 29 April 2022 by email and shall receive a follow-up phone call from the Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home to confirm their eligibility. If a participant does not respond within two days of being notified that they are the winner or do not meet the eligibility requirements, then the Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home may award the prize to another randomly drawn participant until an eligible winner claims the prize within two days of notification.  

After the winner is selected, The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home reserve the right to publish that a valid award took place by promoting the surname and county of the winner.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or stated above, the winner is responsible for all arrangements and costs required to access the prize including but not limited to, travel and general expenses.

The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any reasons outside of its control. The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home reserves the right to disqualify entry or cancel the provision of the prize should a participant breach these Terms and Conditions or behave in an unlawful, fraudulent, inappropriate or offensive manner. 

The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. No cash alternative will be offered.  

FAQs

How do I enter a prize draw? 

There are two methods of entry. On the prize draw listing, simply choose the number of tickets you would like by selecting your chosen donation amount. You will then be required to enter your credit card information. Alternatively, you can enter for free via post (details above).  

How many times can I enter the draw?  

There is no limit to the number of entries you can make, but if you chose to enter by post, only one entry per day will be accepted.  

What do I do if I make an error in entry? 

Please contact our support team by email: fundraising@cdch.org.uk. All enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours. 

How will winners be chosen?  

A winner will be chosen by a random draw on the date detailed in the Terms and Conditions.  

When will I receive my prize? 

You will receive a notification via email with a voucher code to redeem with the hotel at the time of booking.

Are there age restrictions for entrants? 

Yes, users must be a minimum of 18 years old to enter prize draws. 

I am having issues entering a draw. Who do I contact? 

Please contact our support team by emailing fundraising@cdch.org.uk. All enquiries will be responded to within two working days. Response times may be slower on weekends and public holidays.

The Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home has been providing care and support to vulnerable animals in our community for over 80 years.  Working across Gloucestershire and supporting over 1000 animals each year living in our community.
