Cotswold Raffle

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Cotswold Raffle run by CDCH between 26th May and 2nd June 2025. By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over. 
• Entrants must purchase a valid raffle ticket via the CDCH website. 
• There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
• Employees of CDCH are not eligible to enter.

Raffle Details

• Entry fee: £5 per ticket.
• Opening date: Sunday 26th May 2025 at 12:00 AM.
• Closing date: Sunday 2nd June 2025 at 11:59 PM.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

Winner Selection & Notification 

• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Tuesday 3rd June 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, CDCH reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection

• Personal data collected during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Liability

• CDCH accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.
• CDCH shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
