The Big Give appeal – Every donation matched!!!

We’re excited to announce that we are taking part in the Big Give 2021 Christmas Challenge!
Every donation made to our campaign from 30th November- 7th December will be doubled!

We have had two very generous pledges from QSE Ltd and St James’s Place who will match every £1 donated up to £2000!!

One donation means it will have twice the impact if you kindly decide to donate during this week through our charity page on the Big Give website.

We are raising funds towards the cost of running our weekly welfare clinics which have helped over 800 animals in 2021. Our welfare clinics are a lifeline to hundreds of low-income pet owners every year and your donation can make a huge difference to the lives of so many pets.

Helping Pet Owners in the Community

The most common problems we see in our welfare clinics are simple flea allergies and eye infections.

Many of our pets visit the vets regularly for preventative treatments to keep these kind of problems at bay, but people in receipt of means-tested benefits may struggle afford the consultation and medication costs.

Unfortunately simple conditions, when left untreated, can easily lead to more significant health issues like the poor dog below.

He was covered in lesions, sores and had very little hair on his body at all due to a severe flea allergy which was left untreated. He now looks like a completely different dog with a shiny new coat and an attitude to match.

We can offer prescription flea and worm treatments to our welfare clinic clients at a highly reduced rate, which helps to prevent problems from escalating. We can also help with the cost of more extensive treatments, and offer neutering vouchers through this service.

We want to ensure all pets have access to basic treatments, and you can help us.

Please donate to this appeal, knowing that what ever you give, will be doubled, and twice the number of animals will be helped.

Thank you.
